Make the most of your relists

Your time is valuable and vehicles listed multiple times are less likely to convert to a sale, so we’ve pulled together some handy tips to help make the most of your relist!

1. Give it a fresh new look

Change up your main image to make the listing look fresh and attract new buyers.

2. A picture is worth a thousand words

Add some more pictures! Vehicles with 11-20 images receive double the bids than those with only  2-5 images.

3. Are you selling yourself enough? 

Take some time to write a little bit about your dealership, the collection process and a concise description of the vehicle to give buyers the confidence to bid. Here’s an appraisal example to get you started:

4. Don’t forget the extras

Derivatives can help make your advert more eye-catching, so think about what can make your vehicle stand out. Does it have low mileage? One owner? Optional Sat-Nav? Cruise control?

5. Reconsider your reserve price

Did you know that by setting the reserve price at around 95-96% of CAP, you’ll attract more buyers and bidding activity? Our data shows this improves your chance to sell by 30% compared to listing at 102% of CAP*

6. Get more eyes on your stock

Why not promote your vehicles on social media? Share a link to your advert, with some eye-catching images and encourage more dealers to look at your stock.
