    WHAT IS THE COLLECTION PROCESS?

    On successfully purchasing a vehicle from the closed network Hertz will send you an invoice, on payment of the invoice the vehicle will be released to your business from the storage location. Please provide 24 hours’ notice before collecting the vehicle.

    WHAT IS THE AFTERSALES SUPPORT?

    All vehicles come with a 3rd party inspection report, where vehicles have additional damage or mechanical issues that would be considered beyond the limits of fair wear and tear Hertz will consider the complaint and where appropriate buyers can expect support. Buyers should contact Graeham Westell at gwestell@hertz.com with supporting evidence within 72 hours’.

    WHAT IS THE V5 AND LOOSE ITEMS PROCESS?

    Loose items are removed and will be posted to the invoice address once payment has been received for the vehicle.

    HOW DO I ACCESS THE OPEN NETWORK ON DEALER AUCTION?
